Returns & Refunds
Return of Goods:
All deliveries must be checked immediately on arrival and the Company must be informed within 5 days of any damages or discrepancies. As they will be chargeable thereafter.
1/ Returns or cancelation of goods / orders that are bespoke powder coated to the customer colour choice or modified in size are not acceptable for return or refund.
2/ In the unfortunate event that the goods are damaged in transit or there is goods missing, we will endeavour to replace the goods as quick as possible free of charge. No refund or cancellation is possible for damaged or missing goods as we will replace the items. Damaged items will be collected when your replacement is delivered and should be ready to collect when the driver collects and as with the delivery, a helping hand must be offered.
3/ RETURNS of non faulty goods are allowed within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the goods must be in there original packaging and fit to restock,
Do note that there is a resock charge of 20% of the order value and the original carriage charge is non refundable. The customer is responsible for the return carriage cost which will be the same cost as the out going carriage cost where this has been charged for. Also see point 4 below.
4/ In the event you had a free of charge delivery order and are returning non faulty goods,
Returns will be charged at cost plus VAT.
